Located in the Alxén parish, the one known as Bugallal's house for having been owned by this family in previous times, is the one that, more appropriately, comes to be called "Quinta do Piñeiro", a name that specifies its former character as a farm recreational located in the rural.

The building is made up of two bodies with unequal quadrangular floors, both in surface and height, and with gabled roofs. It is worth noting the balcony, which, as a sun deck, has a colonnade that denotes a certain classic inspiration.

Access begins from a monumental gate, of which the central canvas is preserved, in which a semi-circular arched door opens from which a walk leads us to the foot of the house, where you can see a small garden with a rectangular cup stone fountain with sculpted masks on the front, forming a set that, by design, seems to be from the 18th century. It is said that it comes from the A Picoña pazo, in Salceda de Caselas.

A few meters from the house is a chapel dating from 1919, which came to replace the other previous construction. In front of it rises a leafy magnolia tree with a trunk with a diameter greater than three meters, and in the garden is a typical transept.

On the gentle slope to the road that borders the property, the land, of about five hectares, is full of vines of an Albariña grape that date back to the 70s and produce the wine from the Lusco del Miño winery from which this pazo is headquarters.

The exterior condition of the manor is very good, while the interior conditioning is being carried out in phases. The ground floor is for the cellar.

The facade of the house is dominated by two small shields. The first presents the weapons of Pereira de Castro, accompanied by a check mark possibly from the Ocampo and what appears to be a wolf's head and which would correspond to the Moscoso. The second shield shows the coats of arms of the Oya, Ulloa and Ozores. This confirms the relationship that this pazo had with the well-known "house of the shield", located in the place of Sequeiros, in the parish of San Salvador de Cristidd, in Ponteareas.
